Since ancient times, Bengalis developed a combination of healthy & tasty food with time tested method for survival in the tropical area. They mainly focused on the two superfoods named Banana and Coconut. Their preparation of fishes and sweets were just outstanding. But with pressure of globalization, the art of Bengali cooking is at risk of being lost.
In order to revive the true flavour of Bengali Cooking, we are trying to spread the authentic preparation methods using modern gadgets.
For the last five years, we have been performing the same via a Facebook group under the same name. Although the facility was restricted amongst members only, we then decided to choose a wider Platform like YouTube to spread the true flavour of Bengali food throughout the world.
We have divided our Courses in four basic categories.
- For the beginners, we are providing “Free Cooking Class“.
- For the Bakers there is “Free Online Baking Workshop“.
- Under the section “Unconventional Bengali Cooking“, we focused on the easiest and unconventional methods to prepare food in the healthiest way.
- The fourth section is where we will teach you the process of food preservation by Government certified professionals.
